MY SECOND INTERVIEW WITH TASTYTRADE FROM 2020...

BIO
The Full Story
In 2012 I had accumulated approximately $15,000 in savings and was looking for ways to invest my capital. At the time I was working full time as an engineer and had very limited time to venture into anything that required too much time. Given the circumstances I was in investing in the stock market seemed like my most viable option. In march of 2012 I opened a brokerage account and purchased stock in companies I thought were worth investing in. In the year that followed I amassed gains in some positions, losses in others, and was flat on the remainder. A year of market participation also taught me that months' worth of gains could be wiped out on any given day if there was to be a market correction. I had entered the game with hopes of one day leaving my job and trading fulltime, but had come to learn that surely the buy and hold practice was not going to be the answer. I needed consistent sustainable profits. As I became ever more interested in learning the dynamics of the market and how I could achieve better profits I came across a video where a woman by the name of "Karen The Supertrader" discussed how she was able to leave her job as an accountant and become a fulltime trader by trading options. Given that she also came from the corporate world her story really appealed to me. I watched the video many times over until there wasn't anything discussed in it that I didn't follow. The essence of it was that she made money selling out of the money options and OTM options, as I came to learn later, were obligations by the option seller to buy or sell a stock at a certain price (strike) by a certain time should the stock price go above or below that strike. What interested me the most was that it is entirely in the hands of the option seller to decide what level risk/reward he or she wishes to engage in at trade entry; having control over the odds in essence. That is all I needed to know in order to fully dedicate myself to learning all there was to learn about options. Six years after placing my very first trade, in February of 2018, I was featured on the "Rising Star" segment of Tastytrade, the very network Karen "The Supertrader" had appeared on. One year after that, in January of 2019 I quit my job of 10 years, relocated to SoCal, and began trading fulltime. Since then I've been featured once again on the Tastytrade network and have been having double digit gains since 2016. Over the years, I have had numerus people reach out to me and ask me for trading advice and now at last, I have decided to unveil all my trading habits and keys to success to anyone who wishes to achieve consistent sustainable results. Knowlege IS money!!!
